Terms & Conditions of the Contest
- All current AdvanTec Manufacturing Canada employees are eligible to enter this competition.
- Initial entries will be judged by the Leadership Team and the top 10 photos will be posted for employees to vote for online. All decisions are final. AdvanTec reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
- Photos submitted must be in jpg or png format and no larger than 25MB, with minimal editing or filter usage.
- Only one original photograph can be submitted per person.
- By contributing your photo to the contest, you are giving AdvanTec permission to use your photo for use online and in print advertisements/publications.
- Each submission must be the original work of the entrant. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains and must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
- Violators will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prize(s), and banned from entering future contests.
- By submitting an entry for this contest, you grant AdvanTec the right to publish your photo and any other information provided worldwide in all print and electronic media (now or hereafter existing) without time limitation, and the right to include your name in connection therewith.
- AdvanTec reserves the right to crop, edit, modify, translate, reproduce and distribute the submitted material in any medium and in any manner as it deems appropriate.
- Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
- Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
- The prize must be collected by the winner and is non-transferable.
